RaO uses 3slots (whit pet thou) - for a 25% IMS and IAS... So i dont think this is worse:P

Rao = 25% IMS and 25% IAS - Pet Damage is nice - No Doubel Aswell - 70 armor + 15 vs Ele - 3skills (RaO, Charm, Conform)
Primal Rage = 33% IMS and 33% IAS - Axe/Sword runes - 3sec KD - DOUBEL DAMAGE - Warrior +16armor(shield) - 80armor + 20 vs Physical? - 2 Skills (Primale Rage, cancel stance)

PRIMAL RAGE > RAO imo :>

It's quite good that you can chase a running foe with some sort of IMS, when you hit him in the back you get auto-crits AND ias, which is better then just chasing him using Rush.

As for the rest, no, it isn't too hot.

What if the stance would end if you use a non-attack skill? Better? Worse?

Added benefit of never being able to PR + Heal Sig. :P

[primal rage] can be a good skill if you use it on the right place. It isn't good for HA due the loads of damage, in GvG it can be good for permanent speed boost for splitting, killing kiting enemy's etc. It would also work in AB/RA/TA due the ultimate noobness there. Altough warriors seems to be the favorite targets. But hey? We have palm strike guys, so get your sin ^^

Remember how much people whined about the simultaneous perma-boosts of mystic speed and heart of fury? Or how people still want RaO to die for the same reason? Don't overlook it now that you finally have it on a warrior. No, it's not bar compression, but it is some epic pressure.

Like it was said by the OP, you still need a cancel stance so Frenzy+Rush>PR. But PR could see some epic use in PVE

Not worth exchanging Dev hammer, evisc, or any other popular elite attack for a speed boost. And if you only used it for the perma IMS, then you could have always used charging strike and not have the double damage.

I'll still use Frenzy for my axe, and flail or frenzy for my KD chain.

I like Primal Rage a lot. It isn't really a bar compression skill because you still need a cancel stance, but it can serve as a energy based run stance when needed.

Your spike will be a little less powerful as you have to run Dismember over Evis, but you will be ready to spike a little faster. The speed buff is also very useful to maximize dps on kiting targets. Having a 33% speed buff on top of frenzy also makes landing solid spikes easier(from my experience with it so far), so I can see why Polly would run it.

[[Primal Rage] is a bad skill. It is inferior to [[Frenzy]. You do not need other reasons. The update didn't help make it stop being bad.

I'm pretty sure it is definitely superior to frenzy and I certainly don't have a problem sacrificing +29dmg on my spike for a speed buff on my frenzy and a quicker to build spike.

Primal rage is an interesting anti-kite role, but because it's another double damage stance, it doesn't compress the bar at all. It's only appealing, to me, on pressure bars that suffer from a lack of movement control. For example, one that I've fallen in love with:

I haven't played it that much yet but it seems like a kind of wasted elite to me right now. It doesn't really do anything besides bar compression, which.. .. most warrior bars don't need to be compressed more than they are anyway. It might be okay in a pressure build/meta but as we all know, pressure doesn't exist anymore.
